In May of 1993 the Coin Club of Pasco County, Inc (Pasco Coin Club) was formed. It had several meeting locations over the years. Our club has also had several up and downs with memberships upwards of 75-80 to as low as 8 just a few years ago. Over the years our club has been about Coin collecting and all the fun involved you could have. Over the years our club has also had 3 coin shows each year with strong turn out as many collectors knew they could find good dealers and lots of coins.
Now our club has found a new home and proud of the recent progress we have experienced. Our membership has gone up, we are having real educations that actually teach about coins, and officers and members that care about the hobby.
We have joined the 21st century by now having a up-to-date website and as usual, we have plenty of free refreshments, door prizes, and raffles at each meeting. Our club is about its members and gives them the power to make club decisions. All decisions are voted on by our members.
We are now about enriching our community through education in numismatics, teaching our future collectors about coins, and just having fun. JOIN us and find out about coins, make new friends, and have fun!
